Appex Innovation – Refund and Cancellation Policy
You subscription fees is automatically charged to your credit card at the end of subscription period. It gets auto renewed in accordance to the plan chosen by you, either monthly, quarterly or annually.
The subscription will be cancelled in case of outdated credit card information. It can be reactivated upon payment of the subscription fees.
Cancelling the Membership
You can cancel the subscription from your profile page on MyHealth. Once you cancel the subscription, you will not lose access immediately. Your membership will continue till the end of the current term. Once it reaches the end of the term, it will not auto renew the subscription.
Subscription fees are non-refundable; in case if you want to unsubscribe, you can do it from your profile and you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. In case of unsuccessful payments, the payment gateway will refund the amount in three to five working days in case if your card has been billed. You need to reach out to your bank in case of any discrepancy.
